Returns
Champion accepts returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, for orders placed through our official online store.
Items purchased through our international websites or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-champion.com sites) are not eligible for returns through our U.S. return portal. Please refer to the return policy of the original retailer for assistance.
Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by its original tags and packaging (including shoe box). Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Store Credit: You can choose to receive your refund as store credit. If you select this option, the return shipping fee is on us. Once your return has been processed, your store credit will be issued as a gift card and sent to the email address used to place your order.
Refund to Original Payment: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns may take up to 5-7 business days for processing once the package has been delivered.Â
Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip, will take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.Â
