shorts are not the size they say they are
"Like another purchaser said, I purchased 2 different colors of the same sized shorts and that's what I was sent, but the shorts are not the same size, even though they both say they are. One pair looks to be XL or even XXL, even though it says it's L. Further, I hate that you have to order a certain (dollar) amount (worth of items) for free shipping. These shorts are as light as a feather and currently on sale. Shipping can't be that expensive that it's a dent in your guys' budget to offer free shipping on every pair. Bad business."
1st experience with Champion is not good
"Couple things. I ordered 2 different colors of the SAME shorts - these 7" woven sports shorts - in a size SMALL. Problem 1: The tags both say small, but I'm 5-6 and the tan shorts are like a dress on me. They're down to my knees, too baggy. The blue (navy) ones are not as bad, but they also feel more like a medium. I don't understand how 2 pairs of shorts - the same size - are not actually the same size. Maybe the tag's wrong, but I won't wear the tan ones. Problem 2: Champion's return policy is garbage. I have to pay a restocking fee of half the cost of the item if I want to get a credit to my purchasing card. So I'm going to list them on ebay. The last thing I'll say about these shorts is that they're not made well. The stitching has ripped out of 2 pairs of these that I've owned prior. That's my fault - on the 2nd pair failing - because I know they're flimsy, but if you use them for running, walking around, they're great. Lightweight. I really like the shorts, but the fact that you don't know how they're going to fit from one pair to the next, well, that bugs me. That makes them cheap. So customers need to know that. These are not quality shorts by any means, but if you use them properly (don't bend over or wear them gardening, etc. ), then you should be fine. Note to Champion: This was my first purchase at your website and I will never purchase from your website again. I'd rather take a chance with Amazon, because at least with them I know I'll get full credit upon return. You guys should care more about your customers, because I think your policy could catch up to you and hurt future sales, maybe even put you out of business."
