The Program may include receiving ongoing messages from any of the following: Champion Heritage Stores, Champion Outlet Stores, and Champion.com.

Opt In: The Champion Recurring Marketing Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms or by texting a keyword to the short code associated with the Program (the “Short Code”), and completing the sign-up instructions found in the text message received. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Champion.

  6. HanesBrands will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages and delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator
