"Sent the wrong pants, which had pockets and an eyelet where the tie goes. Sent them back after two weeks or trying to get this resolved. Then they didn't admit guilt. Said the picture was wrong. Then I had to get box and go to USPS. A complete waste of my time with family visiting."

"I have some of these ordered a year ago, and they’re great. The ones I just got are much thinner and SMALLER! See attached image, gray size L from last year, black size L just ordered. The new ones are at least 4” smaller in the hips and 2” smaller around the leg. I washed one pair, thinking they might be okay afterward, but they’re skin-tight. The unwashed ones are getting returned, the washed ones are going in the donation pile. Very disappointing!"
"I orders two pair of lounge pants, the same style and type just in different colors. They arrived and are very different from each other. The gray ones are what I assumed I was ordering and I love them. The black ones are bigger in size (even though they also are a medium) very long, have a drawstring and no elastic and are a different material. I don’t understand??"
