"I have been buying these specific bras for as long as I can remember. It seems like they are less supportive and not made with the same quality materials they were in years past. They look the same, but the quality of the material has definitely changed."
"I ordered the exact same bra in two different colors, same size. When they arrived, one fit perfectly and the other was noticeably larger — clearly a manufacturing/quality control issue. The photos say it all: same size tag, visibly different garments. When I contacted customer service, they refused to make it right. They would only refund the bra price minus the $7. 95 shipping — so I'm out money because of THEIR error. To make matters worse, they automatically charge $2. 49 for a "Worry-Free Purchase" protection on every order — which turned out to be completely useless when I actually had a problem."

"36 C, Have to use the last clasp and still a bit tight. The band is only 29 inches long. The cups fit. My chest with breasts circumference is 36 inches. My chest below breasts is 32 inches. Can't someone make buying a bra make sense?"

The material is thinner and more stretchy, the band is narrower across the back, and the adjustable strap is also narrower. All of these changes together adversely affect the support provided. The support is no longer sufficient for me - I would never be able to use it during a workout because the support isn't even enough during regular wear."
