Stylish but not Waterproof

"Extremely disappointed in it's waterproofing. Was outside for less than 10min and my shirt and arms were damp. The fit and styling are good, as is the features. However, I bought it to protect me from the rain. It does not do this. Also found the stitching is less strong than expected. Putting my arm through on one of the first wears popped some stitches under the armpit."
